General Hospital Spoilers: Olivia Jerome Behind Attempt on Anna’s Life – Cyrus’ Clue Reveals the Truth?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that there’s surely a reason why the show brought back Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and put him in Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) orbit. Drew is stuck at Pentonville with Cyrus, who’s quite excited about welcoming the new inmate into his prison group.

Of course, there must be something in this for Cyrus, but GH spoilers say it’ll take some work to earn any kind of trust.

Cyrus gave Drew his best pitch and handed over something Drew could use to protect himself, but suspicions will remain during the week of July 17-21.

When it comes to Cyrus, Drew knows it’s best to stay on guard.

Cyrus has always been a wildcard, but he’s also very knowledgeable about handling things behind bars.

Although Cyrus is supposedly more focused on his faith these days, he’s still in the loop on a lot of what happens in the slammer.

Back in November 2022, Cyrus mentioned how it’d be safer for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to stay on the run than land in prison.

During a conversation with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), Cyrus brought up Olivia Jerome’s (Tonja Walker) name and insisted she couldn’t wait to roll out the red carpet for Anna at Pentonville.

Olivia never got the chance since Anna indeed stayed on the run trying to clear her name and avoided prison despite Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) devious plan.

Even so, Olivia surely hasn’t forgotten about wanting to take Anna down – at least if Cyrus’ hint was accurate.

It’d be easy for someone like Olivia to order a hit on Anna – even while she’s behind bars. Nothing ever really came of Cyrus’ Olivia Jerome hint, so maybe he’ll offer another one.

Could Cyrus mention something to Drew that raises his concerns about Olivia going after Anna? If so, it might leave Drew desperate to warn Anna about the source of the threat.

The last thing Anna wants is another incident like the one at the Metro Court pool.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) became an unexpected victim, so Anna is determined to solve this mystery and prevent something like that from happening again.

Could Olivia Jerome finally be making a bold move against Anna? Does Cyrus have intel that he could pass along to Drew?
