General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) could be blindsided by an unexpected hijack of The Haunted Star. Could Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) also be on board and come out of his coma to take over The Haunted Star?
General Hospital Spoilers: Nikolas Cassadine On Life Support In Unknown Location
It was revealed that Nikolas is alive, on life support in an unknown location being watched over by Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey). It’s unsure who he was talking to when he told someone on the phone that “Sleeping Beauty” had everything he needed. But it had to be somewhere pretty close to Spoon Island, because Mason took an unconscious and presumed dead Nikolas from the tack closet in the Cassadine Stables.
Nikolas had to be barely clinging to life after Ava Jerome (Maura West) put him in that closet, because he must have been moved during all the drama on the island. The next day is when Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) broke out of Spring Ridge with a very pregnant Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) in tow.

It makes sense that Mason could be taking care of Nikolas on The Haunted Star, which means Victor had to have known about it. Esmé swam nine months pregnant after jumping from a parapet and climbed onto The Haunted Star, so it must have been docked within swimming distance.
Plus, Victor kidnapped Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) so she could create a vaccine to protect against the effects of the deadly pathogen he intends to spread-there must be a lab. If there’s a full service lab on the yacht then there might be a few rooms used for hospital purposes, such as life support. Nikolas may already be on board and ready to wake up, and if he does and sees Victor’s kidnapped his sons, he’ll take action.
General Hospital Spoilers: Knock Out Mason Gatlin, Commandeer The Ship
Nikolas’ first act would be to get himself loose from the oxygen and other apparatus attached to him and knock out Mason, maybe locking him in the room. Then he’d lurk and listen and find out Victor’s kidnapped Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and his son with Esmé, Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) who he’s not even met. The easiest way to handle it would be to sneak into the steerage compartment and knock out the captain and take over the ship.
But first, he might make himself known to Spencer and maybe to Liesl, so they can keep up distractions while he takes over the driving and turns the boat around. He knows that the boat had to have been reported stolen, because it was given to his mother and then to his sister!
