General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, July 20 – Cody Rushed to GH – Sasha Snaps Back to Horrible Reality – Esme Visits Heather

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, July 20, reveal that the joy of Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) waking up will be short-lived when his loved ones are forced out of his room. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will seem worried she asks why the doctors made them leave, but Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) may downplay her own concerns.

There’s a good chance Curtis is partially paralyzed, so he’ll presumably have to deal with that reality once he becomes more aware of his surroundings.

Curtis doesn’t need to be overcrowded when he’s just now awakening and potentially facing a crushing blow.

Portia will also ask someone if that’s a promise they can keep, so she may give Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) a hard time again.

TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will come alone and sense some tension, but his mind will mostly be focused on Curtis and his recovery.

Although Curtis will have to tackle some new challenges, at least he’s alive and will have a chance to bond with Trina.

That alone will bring Trina relief since she feared Curtis might lose his life before she ever got the chance to truly develop a father-daughter connection.

At Pentonville, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will tell someone that he wants it to end, so fans will be curious to find out exactly what “it” is and whether he’ll be talking to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) or someone else.

As for Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and Ava Jerome (Maura West), he’ll tell her that their attraction to one another may just end up saving their lives.

Unfortunately, GH spoilers also insist that Austin will be way too confident, so horrible news is coming up for the doc as well as nervous Ava.

Meanwhile, it looks like Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will give Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) some space to discuss their problems.

Although Sam will initially play peacemaker, she may sense that this is something Molly and Kristina need to work through on their own.

When Molly tries to act like Kristina is always the self-serving center of attention, Kristina will seem hurt that her sister sees her that way.

Back with Sam, she’ll ask someone how much trouble they’re in this time.

Sam has always had some worries about Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) joining Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) staff at The Invader, so she may have another conversation with her mother about that.

Next, Esme will pay Heather Webber (Alley Mills) at Pentonville and insist her bio mom is the only one who can give her the information she needs.

Since Alexis pushed Esme to take a long, hard look at her past, this will be the first step.

By the Metro Court pool, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will shout for Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattson) to stop when she tries to inflict another wound.

Sasha hallucinated that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) was Cyrus and stabbed him as a result, but she’ll soon snap out of it and become horrified over what she’s done.

Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will realize she’s completely lost control of her plot with Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder), who clearly wasn’t honest about the damage these new drugs could do!

General Hospital spoilers say Cody will be rushed to GH soon, so Sasha will hope for positive updates once he gets the treatment he needs.
