General Hospital Spoilers: Ava & Austin Must Obey Once Avery Kidnapped – Mason Raises the Stakes?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) may have to kick things up a notch if he wants to keep Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) in line.
Austin and Ava have been coasting along in their personal lives for a while now, but they’re about to get a huge reminder of the mess they’re stuck in.
Mason will reach out with a job for Austin and Ava to do, so they’re not going to approve.
Since Mason could try to force Ava and Austin to do something criminal and even deadly, they may struggle to get on board.
Mason can blackmail Austin and Ava using what he knows about Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss), but they might still put up a fight.
After all, Ava and Austin could be adding to their list of criminal offenses if they get caught, so they might resist Mason’s orders and force him to make some updates to his tactics.
That could mean bad news for Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) sooner or later!
Back when Austin was with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), Mason repeatedly threatened Maxie’s kids as a way to control Austin.
Austin always found himself fuming when Mason would act like kidnapping was a possibility.
However, Austin has been moving away from Maxie’s storyline in recent months.
Now Austin is in this story with Ava, who happens to have a young daughter who could be targeted.
It’d be risky for Mason to kidnap Avery or send someone else to do it as part of his new plan, but he might resort to it.
That would mean provoking Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) wrath too, which could draw him into this and lead to some other shocking Nikolas discoveries.
Bottom line, Mason isn’t afraid of threatening children and has a dangerous scheme that he’ll soon force Ava and Austin into.
