General Hospital (GH) spoilers leak Ava Jerome (Maura West) longed to tell Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) the truth long ago when he started needling at her out of concern that something was amiss. But she wasn’t ready to tell him she had killed her ex-husband, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).
However, being faced with having to trust a sinister stranger like Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini) with her child, Ava knew it was time to come clean to the don. Now, they share this secret — upon which many others will build. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is certain to notice the change in behavior between her bestie and her beau, but she won’t be able to explain it to herself. Ava never expected to be spilling her guts to Sonny, but she was relieved the instant that she did. She knows Sonny won’t let anyone get near Avery Corinthos (Grace Scarola), and she’s counting on him to stick to his word about not letting anyone hurt Delia Ryan (Ilene Kristen) either. In the meantime, Sonny and Ava won’t necessarily see eye to eye about the way he handles things, and that’s going to lead to some pretty passionate arguments that leave Nina wondering what on Earth is going on between the two of them.
GH Spoilers – Squeal Ava Spencer Never Has Shared Much with Nina Reeves
Despite how Nina might feel about it, it’s not actually abnormal for Ava not to share every detail of her private life with her bestie. She’s never really been that type. It doesn’t bother Ava not to have someone to unburden herself to; she’s just find carrying her secrets on her own two shoulders, but Nina will be longing for some transparency from Ava when she’s not getting it at home from her beau. Ava could bite back if Nina doesn’t approach her the right way or insinuates anything is going on between her and Sonny. After all, it might be Nina’s forte to reveal all of her shortcomings to Ava, but she’s rarely the recipient of the same confessions from her.
General Hospital Spoilers — Nina Reeves Can’t Know
Sonny doesn’t want Nina to be compromised merely because he clued her in to what is going on with Ava. It’s clear that there are some seriously dangerous people after him already, and he’s got to do whatever is in his power to keep the people he loves safe. If that means keeping Nina in the dark, then so be it. The less Nina knows, the less likely anyone will come after her in hopes of getting to him. So it will make sense when Sonny tells Ava to keep her lips zipped when it comes to oversharing with his fianceé. Still, that doesn’t mean Nina is going to stand for it.
