‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for July 20th reveal Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is stuck in the middle. Meanwhile, Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) thinks he has a point, but he’d be wrong.

First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Sam plays mediator. And if you caught yesterday’s episode, you know who she’s playing referee for: Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith).
We can expect more of Molly’s rantings, as Kristina will ask, “That’s really how you see me?” We get Molly’s in a bad place right now, but we can’t help but see her accusations and perception as completely delusional and unfair.
So we’re hoping that at some point soon, Molly will reach out for some professional support as she deals with infertility.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For July 20: Not so fast…
In other news, it appears Austin is overly confident July 20th. In the promo, he tells Ava Jerome (Maura West), “Our attraction on one another may just end up saving our lives.”
One, he’s assuming Ava will be willing to continue whatever they’ve started. And while it seems inevitable, it’s just as likely to be short-lived given how they’ve gotten so close. But there’s another, bigger problem.
Sure, a relationship between the two would make their meetings less questionable. This will make their plotting easier, as well as getting that nanny hired. However, we recently saw Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) take note of their closeness.
He’s already looking to get intel on the new man who might be in his daughter’s life. So, we can’t imagine Austin will fare well when Sonny learns about his connections to that mystery boss.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For July 20: Too far
Elsewhere, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate Gladys is alarmed, as she should be. Thanks to her plan, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) hallucinated Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) was actually Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Not only that, Sasha stabbed him, thinking she was defending Gladys. This is going to be so bad for her when this investigation gets started. Odds are good this new med will come into play, as well as who prescribed it.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For July 20: The search begins
Finally, Esme seeks answers. We assume this is because of her chat with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about the need to own and face one’s past. Because you can’t just pretend it never happened.
To that end, she’ll visit Heather Webber (Alley Mills) in Pentonville. She tell her mother, “You’re the only one that can give me the information that I need.”
