General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, July 21 – Sasha’s Psych Evaluation – Carly Visits Drew – Sonny’s Job for Dex

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, July 21, reveal that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will lash out when he realizes no one in the room seems surprised that he can’t feel his legs. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and the others all knew it was a possibility that Curtis could experience some level of paralysis.

Now it’s Curtis’ turn to face that difficult reality, but his doctors may assure him there’s a chance for him to regain feeling and mobility in time.

Regardless, things will seem bleak for Curtis right now, so he’ll unload his frustration and try to wrap his head around this huge life change.

Meanwhile, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will confront Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) since the meds he prescribed Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) did far more damage than he claimed they would.

Dr. Montague will snap that Gladys did her part, so now he’ll plan to do his part as well.

We might see Dr. Montague spin this like Sasha took too many pills and went against his advice, even if that’s not really what happened.

As Sasha undergoes a psych evaluation, she’ll cry and talk about how she had to stop Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

Sasha now understands that Cyrus wasn’t truly there, but she’ll weep over how real it felt and hate that she went after Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) instead.

Once Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) gets updates on Sasha’s crisis, she’ll race right over to the hospital and offer support.

It looks like Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also send Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) to help with Sasha’s legal situation, so Diane will cross paths with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) at GH.

In the meantime, Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) will fear that Sonny knows too much. Sonny will give a toast and perhaps drop a hint that tips Austin off to trouble.

Although Sonny came to Austin’s rescue with Gordon (Maurice Hall), he also overheard something about Austin’s cousin and how he was in on it with him.

Now Sonny’s wondering what exactly Austin is in on and how this could affect Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Whatever affects Ava affects Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) too, so Sonny will deliver a warning.

Austin will ask what happens when people disappoint Sonny, who may insist the doc doesn’t want to find out!

Once Ava and Austin are alone again, she’ll offer reassurance.

Ava may think they can handle Sonny and keep him out of the loop on their secrets, but that won’t be the case for much longer.

Over with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), she’ll face a shocker.

Josslyn may find out about Sasha going off the rails again, but she’ll also worry about the other recent Metro Court pool incident – the one that could’ve cost Sonny his life.

Although Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) thinks someone was after her, Josslyn will speak with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) about the escalating danger and suspect Sonny was the intended target instead.

Josslyn may be even more uneasy once Dex gets news on a fresh assignment – perhaps one that relates to spying on Austin and Mason Gatlin-Holt (Nathanyael Grey).

At Pentonville, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will deal with some suspicions, so that could involve another run-in with Cyrus.

At some point, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will visit Drew and show her concern, but he’ll argue that it’s taken care of.

General Hospital spoilers say Drew won’t want Carly to worry about him, but it’s too late for that!
