General Hospital Spoilers: Will Ryan Chamberlain Rewrite Undo Grim Fate – Esme’s Bio Dad Needed in Port Charles?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the show might’ve been a bit too hasty in writing Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) out, especially in such a permanent way. Of course, there’s really no such thing as “permanent” on a soap, so there’s still a chance for the writers to undo Ryan’s grim fate.
GH viewers will recall that Mac Scorpio (John J. York) fired at Ryan and ultimately took him out of this world that fateful night on Spoon Island – or so it seemed!
However, Ryan is a crafty character, so he might’ve had some help from certain cops and key players in the morgue to fake his demise.
Emotions were running high that night, so Mac and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) might’ve made a mistake and not noticed a faint pulse.
After all, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) – two medical professionals – were mistaken about Peter August (Wes Ramsey) not surviving his staircase tumble once upon a time.
Will Ryan Chamberlain rejoin the General Hospital Cast?
If the show wants to undo a character’s grisly fate and bring him or her back, then that’s what they’ll do.
There are good reasons for GH writers to let Ryan Chamberlain return, especially considering what’s hopefully coming up for Esme Prince (Avery Pohl).
Although Esme’s seemingly still suffering from amnesia, it’s surely just a matter of time until she faces total recall.
When that happens, it might be a great time to undo Ryan’s last breath and breathe new life into him once again!
Someone might’ve helped Ryan and nursed him back to help somewhere without anyone’s knowledge.
With that in mind, Ryan could return to reconnect with his devious daughter, get revenge on Mac and stir up more trouble for Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Ryan Chamberlain is such a fascinating character, so many fans are hoping he’s not gone for good!
It’d be exciting if Ryan could make a comeback and be part of Esme’s memory flood mayhem down the road.
