Does General Hospital owe Billy Miller a tribute?
Should GH honor Billy Miller?
Virginia General Hospital fans you know that Billy Miller passed away after taking his own life. The Young and the Restless is planning a tribute to the actor and Frank Valentini GH executive producer offered condolences on behalf of himself and the cast and crew. Some fans are wondering if the ABC soap will have any type of tribute while others say it would be inappropriate.
Miller was hired as Jason Morgan but when Steve Burton returned Miller became his twin brother Drew Cain. General Hospital killed off Drew then resurrected him and recast the role with Cameron Mathison. Some fans have never gotten over this.
Should the ABC soap leave well enough alone?
Soap Hub did a picture tribute to Miller and one commenter said the following:
I always felt GH did Billy and the Drew character dirty after the real Jason(Steve Burton) came back..I love both..so this is no hate on Steve..but I felt the writers, THBIC..did him wrong..Like he took on the Jason character..people loved him in it..as Jake Doe..then Jason..and then Drew..I felt like he got pushed to the side by all the characters..I remember his and Liz still being friends..Him and Curtis were great friends and he and Franco even bonded..his chemistry with Monica was great in their mother/son relationship..I just felt like..he became an after thought to characters like Carly, Sonny and Sam who supposedly loved him so much..I still get mad when I think about it..RIP BILLY MILLER..Your star will forever shine bright

There are others who feel the same but nothing has been said about anything more coming from General Hospital than Valentini’s acknowledgment. So Virginia fans what is your verdict? Does the ABC soap owe Billy Miller a tribute or should they leave well enough alone?
