General Hospital Spoilers: Kristina & Molly’s Custody Feud Over Baby – Sisters Doomed to Clash in Court?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the show’s already setting up a fierce faceoff between Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos). It wasn’t that long ago that Molly and Kristina were fighting constantly, so their new arrangement could certainly put their newfound peace at risk.
Kristina wants to be Molly and TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) surrogate, which was already a big enough favor. Of course, now Kristina has added egg donor to her list of duties and is setting herself up for trouble in the process.
At the moment, GH fans know all Kristina can think about is easing Molly’s suffering and helping her become the mom she’s meant to be ASAP.
Molly has really latched onto this motherhood dream and doesn’t think her life will be complete without it.
What Kristina’s doing is commendable, but she’s perhaps not putting enough thought into how she might feel once she’s given birth to her own biological child.
Kristina will inevitably bond with this baby, so that could set the stage for a custody feud down the road.
Naturally, Molly and Kristina can sign documents to try and prevent that, but there could be unforeseen factors that put the agreement in jeopardy.
For example, there might be some situation where TJ and Molly could be seen as negligent parents.
Molly and TJ would never intentionally harm their son or daughter, but there might be some incident that gives Kristina an opening to make a case for why she’d be a better, safer parent instead.
There’s also a chance some shark of a lawyer could find a loophole in whatever documents are signed.
Once Kristina gets attached to this little one, she may play as dirty as possible and do whatever it takes to make sure she’s the one raising her child.
That could obviously blow up Molly and Kristina’s relationship in a huge way, so these sisters could be dooming themselves to clash in court and ruin their connection.
