General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Arrested Over Feds’ New Evidence – Mob Boss Lands Behind Bars
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will face an unexpected setback when the feds suddenly come after him. GH fans can expect Sonny to get arrested – and to make matters worse it’ll happen in front of several people he loves.
Once Sonny lands behind bars, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will immediately start gathering the facts of the case. Whenever Sonny faces a legal crisis, Diane knows she needs to drop everything else and work on getting him out of trouble.
In the meantime, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will try to figure out how this could’ve happened.
Carly smashed the flash drive containing the evidence that could’ve put Sonny away, so they won’t understand how he still got apprehended. It’ll be a mystery that quickly leads Dex and the others to a top suspect.
Josslyn will be drunk after a night of partying when she walks in on this secret meeting about Sonny’s arrest. Once Josslyn faces accusations of giving proof to the feds, she’ll vehemently deny it.
Of course, Josslyn will argue that even if she wanted to take Sonny down, there’s no way she could do it without the flash drive. In fact, Joss was just complaining to Dex about Carly destroying their one chance at putting Sonny away.
After Josslyn defends herself, Carly and the others will decide they believe her story. However, that’ll still leave the mystery of how evidence wound up in the feds’ hands.
Joss will could that Sonny might accuse Dex of being a traitor, but there’s an easy explanation for all this. It seems like Sonny has made a mess for himself by planting that fake Pikeman evidence for Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini) to find.
Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) obtained that information from Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth), which was designed to look legit so it’d fool Sonny’s enemy. It sounds like Sonny will go down based on this bogus proof and face quite a legal headache.
This may all get sorted out when the evidence doesn’t add up to the truth, but it’ll create a real mess in the meantime!
