General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, April 18, tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will talk to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) about inviting someone to their wedding, so it looks like she’ll push him to let Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) attend.

Of course, Michael might be reluctant since he doesn’t want any lingering tension to get in the way of their big day.

Although Michael wants the focus to be on their marriage and fight for a future together, Willow may worry he’ll regret it one day if Sonny isn’t around to watch him wed.

However, the same could be said for Willow when it comes to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

If Willow survives and ultimately bonds with Nina, then she’ll always regret not having her at the nuptials.

Michael might think Sonny would want to bring Nina as a plus one anyway, but Willow may decide she’s OK with that.

General Hospital spoilers say Willow will make a significant choice, so she may determine that both Sonny and Nina should get invitations to the wedding celebration.

In Venezuela, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will bid on Ethan Lovett (James Ryan), but what happens after they win?

That could bring a dilemma since Felicia and Holly are technically bidding on the chance to end Ethan’s life.

There could be some stipulation where they’re ordered to kill Ethan on the spot, but Holly obviously wants to rescue her son, not murder him!

GH spoilers say Holly will land in danger right along with Ethan, but Felicia is a smooth talker and might be able to get them all out of this jam.

Next, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will assure Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) that she knows where the line is and won’t cross it.

It sounds like Diane will want Robert to understand that she can help Sonny without taking things too far.

Over with Nina, she’ll have some advice for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and may approve of his efforts to take Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) down himself – especially if it leads to the safe return of Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

Elsewhere, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will confess something to Sonny.

It turns out Brook Lynn called in a little favor, so this may influence the civilian complaint review board’s decision.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is about to learn whether he can be a detective again, so he’ll stand before the CCRV and await the big news.

Since Jane Elliot will reprise her role as Tracy Quartermaine, she’ll probably be the one Brook Lynn turned to for a favor.

Tracy is a hard person to say no to, so maybe she’ll ensure that Chase indeed gets reinstated.

Regardless, Tracy will head back to the show and cause some major family drama, so Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will have a lot on his plate soon.

At The Invader, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will panic now that Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) has collapsed on the floor.

After Alexis repeatedly shouts Gregory’s name, he may eventually regain consciousness and insist he’s fine.

Nevertheless, Alexis will be concerned about Gregory’s condition and may push him to at least get checked out at GH.

Gregory is clearly getting worse, so Alexis will want to do whatever she can to help.

General Hospital spoilers say Gregory’s diagnosis will be revealed sooner or later, so stay tuned for updates on what he’s battling.
