General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, July 24 – Dex’s Shocking Report for Sonny – Cyrus’ New Target – Nina’s Bad News for Willow

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, July 24, indicate that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will surprise Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) when she reveals that she’s been entrusted with their family’s institution.

After Carly explains that Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) sold Kelly’s to her for a dollar, she’ll seem excited about this opportunity.

Carly will plan to properly pay Bobbie later, but she’ll be grateful for the cheap safety net for now.

It’ll give Carly a new sense of purpose since she’ll want to make Kelly’s a must-visit restaurant on the waterfront and draw in more business.

At Pentonville, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will clash with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), who apparently wants Drew to do his dirty work.

There’ll be someone who Cyrus would love nothing more than to take out, so that person might be “Book” (Brad Schmidt) since he’ll return in the coming episodes.

“Book” is a dangerous prison inmate who got his nickname by using a dictionary to beat someone into a vegetative state, so the guy is bad news.

Cyrus may give Drew a nudge to get rid of “Book,” but Drew will hopefully make it clear that he’s not a pawn in his game.

At the Quartermaine gatehouse, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will give Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) updates on Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) horrible setback, which has now landed her at Ferncliff.

Nina’s compassion will impress Willow, so they’ll have a chance to bond as they both worry about Sasha’s awful situation.

Meanwhile, it looks like Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) will talk to Ava Jerome (Maura West) over the phone and assure her that everything will be fine if she just plays along.

However, Ava won’t be happy once she meets Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini), the shady nanny that Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) is sending over.

Although Betty’s goal will be to score Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) intel, that’ll require being around Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola).

Ava won’t like the idea of Betty being in Avery’s orbit and will wonder what makes her think she can fool Sonny anyway.

Next, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will make a gruesome discovery, which usually refers to a body when that kind of wording comes up in GH spoilers.

Of course, it’s possible Dex will discover a body that’s already been dealt with. Since Austin is under Dex’s surveillance, he might overhear the doc talking about the body that he handled with Ava.

Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Adam Huss) is still alive, but Austin and Ava are in the dark on that at the moment.

Once Dex reports back to Sonny with what he’s learned so far, Sonny will push him to stay on Austin and see what else he can find out.

When Sonny walks in on Ava and Betty the nanny’s faceoff, he’ll decide to just flat-out ask Ava what kind of trouble she’s in.

Sonny will make it clear that the jig is up and will push Ava to come clean so that he can help her.
