General Hospital Spoilers Update: Monday, July 31 – Awkward Dinner Date, Mystery Unravels and Risky Showdown
General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, July 31, indicates that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will take a stand at Pentonville, where he’ll intervene when another inmate starts causing drama. Drew will warn someone to “get the hell away” from someone else, so he may step up for Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) once more.
However, a brawl will erupt as a result, so Drew could land in big trouble for his involvement. The last thing Drew needs is to land in solitary confinement or add extra time to his sentence!
Over with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), he’ll hint about it being his lucky night, but he may not feel that way for much longer.
Now that Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) knows Martin has been hiding all those alimony payments, she’ll wonder what else her beau is deceiving her about.
If Lucy corners Martin and reveals what she’s learned, he’ll owe her an explanation. Of course, it’s also possible Lucy will sit on new knowledge a bit longer and see what other secrets she can uncover.
Either way, Lucy will talk to Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) about Martin as she tries to decide her next move.
At the Metro Court, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will invite Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) to have dinner with him, but she’ll be reluctant to accept that invitation at first.
Since Gregory can be awfully persistent, he’ll wear Tracy down and disarm her with charm once they’re enjoying a meal together.
Tracy will find that Gregory is a decent guy once they get p ast the awkward tension, but she’ll grow curious about what’s wrong once she sees his hand trembling.
After Tracy reaches out to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) with questions about Gregory’s health, he’ll find out how nosy she’s being and blow his top.
Alexis will also visit Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) on Monday’s GH episode, so that’ll bring a conversation where Molly’s seemingly trying to convince herself of something.
That could involve the surrogacy and Molly’s decision to potentially accept Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) offer, but Molly will need to be sure she’s on the same page with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) later.
As for Kristina, she’ll push Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to lighten up when it comes to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and stop smarting off to her every chance he gets.
It’ll be obvious to Kristina that Nina is trying to meet Michael halfway, so she’ll be frustrated when he refuses to do the same.
Michael will eventually ask Kristina what really brings her by, so she’ll offer updates on some news and seek some help.
Kristina will need Michael’s guidance, so she may pick his brain about something related to the snags at the youth center.
Back at the Metro Court, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will find Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and make sure she’s holding up OK, especially with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in Chechnya.
Anna will think she’s more than capable of taking care of herself, but she’ll remain baffled when it comes to nailing down her mysterious enemy.
Sonny will confirm that Anna still plans to use herself as bait and draw the person targeting her out of hiding.
General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will suspect someone at the WSB is trying to finish Anna off, but there’ll be some complicated layers to what’s going on here.
Anna will recognize the name “Pikeman Security Group” when Sonny brings it up, so she’ll brainstorm with Sonny as the mystery slowly unravels.
