General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Disowns Nina Forever – Mom’s Punishment for Carly & Drew’s Suffering?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is finally getting the chance she’s dreamed of having. Although Nina knows she can’t erase her hostile history with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), she still loves her daughter and is desperate for an opportunity to truly get to know her.
Now that Willow has decided to include Nina in her bubble at the gatehouse, she’s opening the door to a real relationship with her.
Willow is willing to try making a connection with Nina, so it’s only a matter of them until they get better acquainted and end up genuinely bonding.
This feels like a wonderful turning point for Nina, but it’s also a way for the show to set up her painful downfall.
Nina is sure to make some exciting progress with Willow in the coming weeks or months, so that’ll be the calm before the storm.
Willow may see a new side of Nina and genuinely grow to love her. Sooner or later, Willow might even start calling her “Mom” and decide she was wrong to think the worst of Nina.
Unfortunately, Nina’s sitting on a secret that could turn her entire world upside down.
If the truth comes out about Nina’s anonymous tip to the SEC, she could lose both her new relationship with Willow and her romance with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Right now, Nina is so close to getting almost everything she’s ever wanted. The fact that Willow’s open to connecting will give Nina the daughter she’s craved for so long.
However, there’ll come a time when GH writers will inevitably yank it all away.
Once the real SEC tipoff story is exposed, Nina will face Willow’s wrath for causing all this drama for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Carly has become like a mother to Willow, who’ll be furious when she realizes it was Nina who almost sent her enemy to prison.
Drew is the only reason Carly was spared from doing time behind bars – though she still had to pay a massive $5 million fine.
There’ll be backlash related to Drew’s punishment as well since Willow considers him a hero for going to Greenland and bringing back her bone marrow donor, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
Since Willow’s temper is bound to explode, will she disown Nina for her SEC mistake? Nina will scramble to explain, but Willow may decide she’s done trying to keep her bio mom in her life.
In other words, Willow may reject Nina on the spot and decide she no longer has a mom at all!
