General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, July 17 – Injured Leo’s Scare – ‘Eddie’ the Reluctant Hero – Dante & Anna Set Trap
General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, July 17, reveal that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will leap into action when a Quartermaine crisis breaks out. Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) is feeling unsettled due to this whole “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) situation, so he’ll display some troubling behavior.
It looks like Leo will refuse to listen to Cody and injure his knee in the stables, so Cody will carry him into the Quartermaine mansion and offer updates on what happened.
Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will try to calm Leo down, but he may insist he only wants his dad.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will declare that there’s only one person who can set things right, so she’ll presumably want to track down Ned and get him over there ASAP.
Of course, Ned still believes he’s “Eddie” and will be off with his guitar somewhere. It looks like “Eddie” will challenge someone to some sort of duel, but the Quartermaine drama may steal him away before things get too heated.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will complain to Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) about Tracy’s self-serving agenda before Brook Lynn most likely calls to ask for help.
GH spoilers say Chase will eventually find “Eddie,” so he may urge him to put his own selfish desires aside and do what’s best for Leo right now.
“Eddie” doesn’t really feel any attachment to Leo at the moment, but he’ll feel sorry for the kid and will end up bonding with him a bit over music later.
Meanwhile, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will want to serve as backup since Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) plans to use herself as bait.
Anna will want to fly solo on this attempt to lure the culprit out of hiding, but Dante will insist he’s had her back in the past.
Dante will ask if Anna can trust him enough to do that again, so she’ll relent and let him try to protect her.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will wonder if it’s possible that somebody in the WSB went rogue, but Anna can’t be sure – especially since the job was unsuccessful.
Most people who were ever associated with the WSB are pros who don’t miss!
However, Anna knows there are other enemies who could be out to get her due to her DVX past and the people she’s messed with over the years.
Dante also isn’t ruling out the idea that Sonny could’ve been the target, but he’ll focus on helping Anna set this trap and see if they can make some progress using this angle.
Next, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will make an admission to someone, so she might open up to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about hitting the sheets with Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth).
Then again, Ava might admit to Austin that it was an enjoyable evening despite her lingering anger over Avery Corinthos’ (Ava and Grace Scarola) staged kidnapping.
Regardless, Austin will have a message to share, so that could be an alarming one from Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) to Ava if the boss wants her to know something.
On the other hand, we know Austin will become overconfident in the coming episodes, so he might play with fire and give Mason a message for the boss instead!
In Pine Valley, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will raise Jackson Montgomery’s (Walt Willey) suspicions during their dinner date while Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) gets caught snooping in his office.
General Hospital spoilers say both Felicia and Lucy will find themselves under arrest soon, so terrible news is brewing for both of them.
