General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer’s 3rd Prison Stint – Portia’s Drastic Strategy to Get Rid of Trina’s Boyfriend?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) plans to take charge when it comes to Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) love life. GH fans know both Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) have tried to get through to Portia, but she’s refusing to listen.
It’s obvious that trying to push Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) out of Trina’s world will only lead to more trouble. Trina adores Spencer, so she’s not going to give this relationship up without a fight.
However, Portia has become fixated on the danger and destruction Spencer brings to the table. Instead of seeing the positives of Trina’s romance, Portia can only see the negatives.
That’s why Portia’s prepared to ignore all the warnings she’s received from Ava, Taggert and others.
Portia intends to show Trina exactly who Spencer is and try to steer the two of them toward a breakup.
Again, that’s not going to be an easy task! In fact, it may be downright impossible unless Portia physically removes Spencer from the equation.
Could Portia do something that results in Spencer being sent back to the slammer? I
f Spencer lands behind bars for the third time, he might beat himself up over it and push Trina away.
Spencer could start to buy into Portia’s way of thinking and feel like he’s bad news.
Perhaps Spencer could dump Trina for her own good and act like she deserves better than someone who constantly becomes an inmate.
Naturally, this could be a situation where Spencer falls into a trap and gets accused of something he didn’t do based on bogus proof.
If Portia is somehow to blame and Trina finds out, their mother-daughter bond could blow up even more than it did over the potential paternity deception.
Even if Portia doesn’t directly cause Spencer’s upcoming predicament, she’s definitely plotting and will take advantage of any opportunity that arises.
In the end, this GH storyline may be about proving that nothing can stop Spencer and Trina’s love indefinitely.
Portia may help make a mess, but Trina and Spencer’s deep feelings for each other should conquer all.
