General Hospital spoilers reveal Ava Jerome (Maura West) has some advice for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Meanwhile, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) breaks some news to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). We’ll also see Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) venting. Here’s what you need to know.

General Hospital spoilers: Come clean

First, General Hospital spoilers indicate Ava is the voice of reason. She’ll advise Nina, “It’s only a matter of time before he tells everybody.” We assume she learns Nina backed out of telling Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) what she did, but doesn’t know the circumstances. Still, we think once she does know Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) doesn’t remember much, she’ll still think Nina is on borrowed time and needs to get ahead of it. After all, how many people have had memory loss in different shows and got it back? We’re sure Ava has had plenty of experience with that. After all, Sonny was once in a similar position.

General Hospital spoilers: Falling on the sword

In other news, Drew confers with Sam. Obviously, he’s going to fill her in on his plan so they can handle whatever details they need to. Especially when it comes to their daughter. However, we think Sam might object to him sacrificing himself. In the promo, Drew tells Sam, “This is the best possible solution, Sam.” We’re not sure she’ll agree. Not when their child has just started bonding with him again.

As for Carly, it looks like Sonny wants to know where the SEC situation stands. She’ll promise him, “Things are about to be resolved with the SEC.” Whether she’ll tell him what Drew’s planning or not remains to be seen. But we assume she will. Especially if he presses for details as to how it’s being resolved.

General Hospital spoilers: Venting

Finally, General Hospital spoilers reveal Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) offers counsel to Portia in regards to the Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) situation. We assume this is who Portia is talking to when she says, “Turns out that Curtis had other ideas.” We think she’s going to advise Portia to give things a chance. Now, we’ll be honest and say we’d rather Curtis be far away from Portia. And we do agree he was wrong to give Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) the impression their relationship could start over, only to backtrack and decide to try again with Portia. At the very least, he should have told Jordan before moving back in with Portia. Still, she did betray him in a terrible, much more lasting way. So a little forgiveness is definitely in order.
