General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, May 11, reveals that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) got a round of applause as he officially returned to work at the PCPD. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) handed over Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) file for Chase to work on, so Chase admitted it looked pretty bad for Dante’s friend.

Dante hinted that things weren’t always as they seemed and didn’t see why Cody would blow up his friendship with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) by stealing that bracelet.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) pushed Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to repay the favor she owed her.

That meant returning to work at Deception, so Tracy instructed Brook Lynn on how to get her old job back.

Tracy told Brook Lynn to keep an eye on what was happening in research and development.

After Tracy said she wanted to know what was coming down the pipeline, she said she’d check in from time to time and learn about the next big thing.

Brook Lynn thought that sounded like corporate espionage and wondered if Tracy was asking her to be her spy.

Tracy argued that Brook Lynn could write all the songs she wanted later, but it was time to repay the debt she owed right now.

When Brook Lynn balked, Tracy threatened to tell “straight shooter” Chase about the very expensive strings she pulled because Brook Lynn begged her to.

Since Tracy had Chase on speed dial, she called up the detective and hinted about taking a greater interest in the community.

Tracy wanted to invite Chase to lunch and acted like she’d be in touch about the details later.

After Tracy disconnected, she asked if Brook Lynn would take the deal or if Tracy would have to take that lunch instead.

Brook Lynn said “you win” as usual and wondered when Tracy wanted her to start back to work at Deception.

At Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) apartment, she pushed Sasha to go back on the air at the Home and Heart Channel since people loved a good redemption story.

Plus, Maxie thought Sasha needed to do this for herself and conquer her fears.

Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) tried to shut down the idea, but she ultimately backed off and let Sasha make the decision.

Although part of her wanted to run and hide, Sasha refused to give into that fear and eventually told Maxie that she was in.

At The Savoy, Cody wanted to influence the latest poker game and get his usual cut of the money.

Selina Wu (Lydia Look) argued that there was no room at the table for a petty thief, but Cody insisted he was framed.

Besides, the other players might wonder why Selina let a petty thief play to begin with if Cody didn’t show up.

Cody felt the better play here was for Selina to double down on her faith in him.

When Gladys showed up, she warned Selina not to listen to Cody.

Selina thought about getting rid of them both, but she eventually relented and let Gladys join the game along with Cody.

At GH, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) spoke with Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) privately since she’d decided she wanted to have a DNA test done and find out for sure who her biological father was.

After Trina told Taggert that he’d always be her dad, she got his blessing to move forward with finding out her true paternity.

Next, Agent Hursley (Jeff Griggs) interrupted Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) conversation with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) to make him a job offer in private.

The bureau was impressed with the initiative Curtis had taken in Greenland.

Agent Hursley said the WSB needed assets in the field who were ready to help when needed and asked what Curtis thought.

Part of Curtis enjoyed the thrill of it all, but another part of him enjoyed running his nightclub.

Agent Hursley urged Curtis to think about it and give him a call since that nightclub might seem a little tame after saving the planet.

After Laura Collins (Genie Francis) gave Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) updates over the phone, Esme raced to the hospital.

Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) handed Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) over to his mother, so Esme was grateful to everyone who helped keep him safe – including Trina.

Once Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) did a quick exam, he determined that Ace was fine and just needed his mom right now.

Esme took Ace back in her arms and prepared to head home with Laura as well as Spencer.

Trina also filled Curtis and Portia in on her DNA test decision, so Curtis seemed relieved over the news.

Portia was sorry for putting Trina in this position, but she was proud of her daughter for wanting to know the truth.

General Hospital spoilers say Trina could get some life-changing results soon, so stay tuned.
