General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, September 15, reveals that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will want to get a few things straight with Ava Jerome (Maura West). Ava won’t be pleased when she realizes Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) spilled at least part of her business to Carly, but there won’t be anything she can do about the leak now.

Ava will just have to hope that Carly will keep her mouth shut and cooperate, but Carly will put Ava on notice.

Now that Carly has agreed to assist Sonny, that means she’s assisting Ava as well.

Carly will expect Ava to do what she’s told and avoid causing any more drama for Sonny, especially now that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is putting so much on the line to expose Sonny’s enemy.

Of course, Ava will count on Sonny to stay tight-lipped about Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) demise, but GH fans know Nikolas actually survived his last encounter with her.

Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) originally supported the idea of Nikolas heading back to Port Charles and revealing he was alive, but he may shift gears now that the situation is escalating.

Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is livid over Sonny’s freedom – and Ava’s been barking out threats to ensure she gets back a corpse that Mason Gatlin-Holt (Nathanyael Grey) doesn’t have.

When Nikolas announces his departure at the hideout, will Austin protest?

Regardless, Nikolas will be determined to leave and will make his way out of town for now.

Other GH spoilers say Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will put Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) on the hot seat over all his deception lately.

The trust between Anna and Valentin has been seriously damaged, so she’ll push for honesty and hope he’ll reveal the secrets he’s keeping.

One of those secrets may not be so bad if Valentin has been house-hunting.

Could the vacant home Valentin visited actually be a house he was hoping to buy for homeless Anna?

Meanwhile, Blair Cramer (Kassie DePaiva) from One Life to Live will head to Port Charles for a special meeting with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), so they’ll hang out in person for the first time.

Tracy and Blair have teamed up on the Deception lawsuit, so they’ll put their heads together at the Metro Court.

That’s also where Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will dine with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), but she’ll notice when he suddenly acts nervous and wants to go somewhere else.

Lucy will have a hunch about why Martin’s so eager to bolt, but it’ll probably be the wrong one!

Later, Blair will get in Martin’s face and taunt him about the new love in his life.

Blair will also accuse Martin of stealing The Deceptor design details from her, so stay tuned to watch these exes face off.

As Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) prepares to visit New York City with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and presumably hit the sheets with him, she’ll fill Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) in.

Josslyn will get updates on Trina taking such a big step and will seek confirmation that she’s ready, so Trina should appreciate Joss looking out for her.

That said, Josslyn may insist this is a long time coming and decide she’s ready to connect with Spencer on a deeper level.

Although there’s a certain level of anxiety that comes with a step like this, Trina will be happy about her upcoming weekend trip with Spencer and will look forward to some privacy.

Spencer will reach out to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) in the meantime to deliver some requests, so it seems she’ll agree to visit Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) and Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) while Spencer’s away – just to make sure things are going well.

General Hospital spoilers say Spencer may have one other favor he needs too, so stick with us for news on Alexis’ response.
